for a Return Authorization number. After receiving your RA#, please follow the instructions below for any and all returns.
Please note: Please help us keep organized and able to process our returns promptly and efficiently. Any package received without a Return Authorization code on the front of the package will be sent back to you.
We make every effort to process and ship your beads within 1-2 days from the receipt of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). The following delivery estimates are once your package has left the building.
Free USA shipping by first class mail is included for all orders over $25 if you choose this option during check out. Delivery time depends upon your location, usually 2-10 days.
Although we try our best to keep our offerings in stock, because of the nature of dealing with imported & vintage items there will be instances when some items are temporarily or permanently unavailable. We offer 2 options in the case that an item is out of stock. You may backorder the item which will be shipped (FREE of shipping charges on domestic & some international orders) or select the option that allows us to email you when the item becomes available again. You will receive the free domestic shipping, only if the item is actually backordered before it is back in stock & the item will be shipping automatically upon receipt using the same billing method that you selected in your initial order. Please note: Not all items are available for backorder. This is because at times we are unsure of the availability of some items.
Shipping on all international orders will not be figured but will be added onto your order when it is invoiced. Shipping charges on orders sent outside the continental US vary based on weight, destination & package value. We will choose the most efficient & economical option for your specific needs.
