Lucite Leaf Beads at The Beadin' PathAutumn Leaves
I have a bone to pick with ABC's Good Morning America. On Saturday morning they said that because of global warming, we are having a not so colorful fall season. I disagree and think they should come see for themselves! It has been a warm fall, they are right about that. In fact, the past two days the temperature has hit almost 70 degrees! I think it was 66 this morning when I was driving in to the store. That is unusual but not unheard of here Lucite Necklacein Maine. What it means, though, is that it is a gorgeous fall! We not only have beautiful colors of orange, yellow and red on the trees, we still have flowers blooming in the gardens. We haven’t had a “killing frost” yet. I still have red roses, blue hydrangea and Shasta daisies blooming at my house.

The changing seasons mean changing wardrobes here in Maine, and I think one of the biggest benefits of knowing how to make Brown Lucite Leaf Beads at The Beadin' Pathyour own jewelry is whatever you buy or whatever the look you are going for, you can make jewelry to complete your outfit. Those of you who are more creative than I could do a lot with the reds, yellows and browns of the Lucite leaves we have on the site. For example, here is a picture of a necklace I found on eBay that is a lot like one I bought several years ago in England only mine was browns and grays. That necklace is now a favorite of mine. Mix up some of the leaves we have and see what you come up with. It will be a great addition to your fall wardrobe! In fact, I think I’ll take a break right now and wander downstairs for a look-see at the leaves. I’m a known Kleptomaniac (only in my own store!). If you are willing to share, send me a picture of your fall necklace creations. I’d love to see them!
