SNOW BABIES:
The Holiday Beads to Have!
We are so happy to have a new selection of hand-painted porcelain “Snow Babies” beads by Marsha Hedrick. I am just amazed at the workmanship of these adorable babies! They have to be the cutest beads I have ever seen! When they arrived at the store, Heather and I opened the box and started to unwrap them. Anyone that was nearby was called into the office to see them and everyone was “ohhh” and “ahhh” and “I want that one!” Now, that in itself is amazing as everyone that works at The Beadin’ Path has seen A LOT of beads of every kind!
Heirloom Quality
 I had to pick one out to have in my office so I could look at it and smile once in awhile! Each bead is slip-cast porcelain and Marsha hand paints each one, the clothes, the lips, cheeks and tiny eyelashes! I have some porcelain “kissing angels” that were my mother’s (and maybe my grandmother’s before that) that I get out every Christmas. These remind me of those angels. They really are heirloom quality. The hardest part is picking the one or two you like best! If there is anyone on your Christmas list that likes beads, snow babies or porcelain, they will LOVE these! |
