for a Return Authorization number. After receiving your RA#, please follow the instructions below for any and all returns.
Please note: Please help us keep organized and able to process our returns promptly and efficiently. Any package received without a Return Authorization code on the front of the package will be sent back to you.

Return Instructions:
Please follow these 6 easy guidelines…
1) Please call or email for a return authorization #. Make sure this # is printed on the outside of all return packages. 2) Please be certain merchandise is received in its original condition. (No cut strands, ½ packages, etc). 3) Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice. 4) Please be sure to ship your return back to us within 30 days of its receipt. 5) Please be sure to re-package your return as carefully as it was shipped to you. 6) Please be sure to include a note in your package with your wishes (return for refund or exchange, and if exchange, what items).
We'll do our best to accommodate any exchange wishes based on stock on hand at the time we receive your package.
*Please note: We do not accept returns on cut cording or cut chain. We do not accept returns on books, magazines or any published materials. We also cannot credit your shipping charges either way, unless the return is a result of our error.
