Aunt Kay's Sausage and Egg Souffle' |
Aunt Kay's Sausage and Egg Souffle' Recipe Serves 5-7
1 lb Bulk Sausge brown n serve
(I use a log of the Jimmy Dean Original)
4 eggs well beaten
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1.5 cups grated cheese
6 slices white bread cubed
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard (I never put this in)
1 tsp salt
Brown & drain sausage. Mix all ingredients and place in a 9x13 baking dish and refrigerate over-night. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes under foil. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes at 325. Insert knife in middle to check for doneness.
