Gleaming Grommet Earrings
Designed by Ashley Bunting
These earrings use the brand new 3/32" larger eyelets. I love these they are easier to see, easier to line up and make a great embellishment all on their own. Try this project to get comfortable with the riveting machine and then design your own patterns and stacked components!

Step 1: On one of the leaf blanks using a Sharpie marker mark where you want to pierce your holes. Use the piercing side of

the riveting machine and pierce all of the holes. Stack the pierced blank on top of the second blank and use the marker to mark the holes on the second blank and pierce.
Step 2: Attach the eyelets. Do this by feeding one 3/32" eyelet into a hole. Place the eyelet pre-made side down under the flaring side of the machine. Turn the fly wheel until tight. Repeat for all the other eyelets.

Step 3: Using the Industrial Strength Sharpie color around the lip of the eyelets. Polish the leaf with a polishing and remove the excess marker.
Step 4: Using your fingers gently bend and form the leaf so they have a subtle wave when viewed from the side.
Step 5: Using round nose pliers bend the stem of the leaf into a loop. Attach the earwire to this loop using a 4mm jump ring.
The End!
