We make every effort to process and ship your beads within 1-2 days from the receipt of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). The following delivery estimates are once your package has left the building. Free USA shipping by first class mail is included for all orders over $25 if you choose this option during check out. Delivery time depends upon your location, usually 2-10 days. If you want to be able to track your order, choose UPS shipping. The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. We offer ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, next day air saver (guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day) and next day air (guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am, noon or end of the day, depending on your location). Shipping charges on all domestic orders will be figured by the shopping cart based on your preferences. Shipping charges shown on your online order are what you will be charged. If the actual shipping charges are higher, the overage will be paid by The Beadin’ Path. If you need your order rushed or by a specific date, please choose UPS next day or 2nd day delivery. Attention International Customers: Shipping charges on orders sent outside the continental US vary based on weight, destination & package value. We will choose the most efficient & economical option for your specific needs. All orders above $100 are shipped UPS Expedited for insurance and tracking. Each country has its own system for postal service, and customs can hold a package for up to 30+ days. UPS tracking in these instances helps to see where your package is in the process. If you wish to have a shipping estimate emailed to you, please email shipping2@beadinpath.com or request this in the "Special Instructions” box. USPS lost packages: If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will send a replacement out as stock allows. The replacement package will include a letter that you must sign and return verifying that your package was not received. If the letter is not signed and returned, we reserve the right to charge for the replacement beads.
